WHAT THAT MEANS
Remodeling doesn't end the moment the tools leave the house. We believe our responsibility includes standing behind the workmanship we performed.
Preparation, structure, waterproofing, substrates, transitions, layout, and finish details are approached with long-term performance in mind.
If an issue develops that is determined to be the result of Iron & Oak workmanship, we want to know about it.
Our relationship with the homeowner doesn't simply end when the final payment is made and the jobsite is cleaned.
WORKMANSHIP MATTERS
The warranty is built around the craftsmanship and installation work completed by Iron & Oak.
Remodeling projects include materials, fixtures, manufactured products, and existing conditions that may have their own warranties or limitations.
Our commitment is to stand behind the workmanship that is ours.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Tile, fixtures, waterproofing products, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing components, appliances, and other manufactured materials may be covered separately by their manufacturers.
Those warranties are distinct from the Iron & Oak workmanship warranty.
A manufacturer's warranty covers the product. Our workmanship warranty covers the work performed by Iron & Oak.

We focus on the conditions underneath the finished surface before installation begins.
We use professional installation systems and materials appropriate for the application.
Layout, fit, transitions, coverage, fastening, and finishing details all matter.
The project is reviewed at completion so details can be addressed before we leave.
