From Vision
to Reality.

A BETTER REMODELING EXPERIENCE

Good Work Starts With a Good Plan.

Every project is different, but the principles behind a successful remodel stay remarkably consistent.

We start by understanding the space and what you want it to become. From there, we develop the plan, prepare the home, build carefully, and finish the details.

Throughout the process, the goal is clarity: you should understand what is happening, why it is happening, and where the project is headed.

01

DISCOVERY & PLANNING

Every Great Space Begins With Understanding.

Before construction begins, we need a clear picture of the room, your priorities, and what the finished space needs to accomplish.

STEP 1

Discovery & Consultation

We start by learning how you use the space, what you like, what isn't working, and what you want the finished project to feel like.

Layout ideas, priorities, materials, project scope, and budget expectations can begin taking shape here.

STEP 2

Design & Selections

Tile, fixtures, finishes, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, and other selections are coordinated with both the design and technical requirements of the project.

The goal is to turn ideas into a clear, buildable direction.

STEP 3

Proposal & Authorization

Once the scope is defined, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the project, major phases, responsibilities, and investment.

This is where expectations become a real plan for moving forward.

PLAN IT. BUILD IT. LIVE IN IT.
02

BUILD YOUR VISION

Where Planning Becomes Craftsmanship.

Once the plan is established, the focus shifts to protecting your home, preparing the structure, and building the new space carefully.

STEP 4

Preparation & Protection

Before demolition or construction begins, we protect surrounding floors and work areas and establish appropriate dust and debris control.

Respect for the rest of your home is part of the project from day one.

STEP 5

Precision Build

Framing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, substrates, drywall, and other foundational work are completed based on the needs of the project.

These are often the details that disappear behind the finished surface—but they are some of the most important work we perform.

STEP 6

Tile & Finishes

Tile, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, trim, paint, and other finish elements begin bringing the design to life.

Layout, alignment, transitions, cuts, fit, and final detailing receive the same attention as the structure underneath them.

DURING CONSTRUCTION

The Work You Don't See Still Matters.

Finished surfaces are only part of the remodel. Waterproofing, substrate preparation, framing, fasteners, transitions, and mechanical work all help determine how the finished room performs.

That's why we don't treat preparation as something to rush through just to get to the visible finishes.

IRON & OAK

Build It Right Before You Make It Beautiful.

Good craftsmanship starts underneath the surface and carries all the way through the final detail.

03

LIVE IN YOUR SPACE

The Project Ends. Your New Space Begins.

The final phase is about details, cleanup, review, and handing the finished room back to you ready to enjoy.

STEP 7

Final Detailing & Walkthrough

The completed project is reviewed, surfaces are cleaned, final adjustments are addressed, and we walk through the finished work with you.

This is the final quality-control step before the project is considered complete.

STEP 8

Warranty & Peace of Mind

Completion doesn't mean Iron & Oak simply disappears.

Our workmanship is backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty so you can enjoy the finished space with confidence.

THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT

What You Can Expect From Us.

Communication

Clear conversations about progress, decisions, scheduling, and anything that needs your attention.

Site Protection

Care for surrounding areas, reasonable dust control, organization, and cleanup during construction.

Hands-On Involvement

Iron & Oak remains directly involved in the project rather than simply handing the work off to a revolving crew.

Attention to Detail

The small decisions around layout, transitions, preparation, and finishing receive deliberate attention.

EVERY PROJECT IS DIFFERENT

Quality Work Has a Sequence.

Remodeling involves multiple phases that often depend on one another.

Demolition, rough work, preparation, waterproofing, installation, curing times, finishing, and final detailing all have their place.

We provide project-specific scheduling expectations based on the actual scope rather than pretending every remodel fits the same timeline.
