OUR STORY
Iron & Oak was built around a simple idea: do the work right, do it honestly, and take pride in the finished result.
We’re not a franchise or a revolving crew. We’re a small, dedicated team that has worked side by side for nearly fifteen years.
Over that time, we’ve come to believe that remodeling is about more than changing how a room looks. It’s about shaping the places where everyday life happens.
Kitchens become gathering places. Basements become places where kids spend time with friends. Bathrooms become somewhere to slow down at the end of the day. These spaces matter because the moments that happen inside them matter.

Iron & Oak isn’t built around handing your project off to a rotating crew once the paperwork is signed.
The same people involved in planning your project are involved in construction, installation, problem solving, cleanup, and the final details.
That hands-on involvement keeps communication clear, decisions consistent, and the finished space aligned with the vision you started with.
MEET THE CREW
Nearly fifteen years of working side by side has built a partnership based on trust, consistency, and a shared standard for how the work should be done.
OWNER & LEAD OPERATOR
Rob owns Iron & Oak and is directly involved in the projects the company takes on—from the first conversations and planning through construction and the final details.
His focus is on problem solving, project planning, custom tile and remodeling work, and making sure the finished project reflects what was discussed with the homeowner from the beginning.
LEAD TECHNICIAN
Bobby has worked alongside Rob for nearly fifteen years and is a key part of the day-to-day work at Iron & Oak.
As Lead Technician, he brings experience, consistency, and attention to detail to everything from preparation and construction to installation and finish work.
Over the years, clients have even nicknamed the pair “The A-Team” because of the reliability, attention to detail, and pride they bring to their work.
Iron represents the foundation of the work: strong construction, careful preparation, and dependable execution.
Oak represents the finish: timeless craftsmanship, natural character, and the care that gives a space its personality.

We don’t chase volume. We focus on the work in front of us and the details that make the finished space feel right.
Careful layout, preparation, alignment, transitions, finish details, and the small decisions that separate custom work from ordinary installation.
Straightforward communication, transparent expectations, and doing what was discussed from the beginning of the project.
Floor protection, dust control, organization, and cleanup are part of the job—not optional extras.
We’re a small team by design, allowing us to stay close to the work and give each project the attention it deserves.
WHAT YOU DON'T SEE MATTERS
Beautiful tile, clean trim, new cabinetry, and fresh paint are what you see when the project is complete.
But preparation, waterproofing, framing, substrate work, transitions, and installation details often determine whether that finished space performs the way it should.
That’s why we care just as much about the work that disappears behind the finished surface as the work you see every day.
